Shipping cost breakdown: Shipping cost is based on weight, distance, or fixed price. Local delivery is a minimum of $10.00 with a cost of $5.00 delivery fee. 

Processing Time

  • Order processing time: 1-3 business days after order placed.
  • Business days: Processing and shipping times are based on business days (usually Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery windows: Expected delivery time frame for shipping is 1-3 business days for standard shipping.
  • Impact of delays: Delivery times are estimates, and delays may occur due to factors outside of Cha-Cha Creations control due to weather, holidays, carrier delays.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking availability: Customers will receive a tracking number when their order ships.
  • Where to track: Customers can track their order through carrier's website
  • Shipping updates: Customers can track the status of their package and updates.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Restricted shipping locations: Cha-Cha Creations do not ship to P.O. Boxes, international destinations, military bases, etc.).
  • Weight or size limitations: Shipping restrictions based on the size or weight of the item.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Reporting a problem: If a customer’s order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact Cha-Cha Creations within 1 to 2 days after expected delivery date.
  • Insurance: No shipments are insured
  • Refunds or replacements: Cha-Cha Creations policy for offering replacements or refunds is to send an email with a picture (if applicable) with why a replacement or refund is needed.

Returns & Exchanges
